Sellick Partnership is excited to be working with a regional Legal 500 law firm who are looking for a Court of Protection Solicitor to join their team in Shrewsbury.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support the team in handling high-value deputyships and private trust matters, always prioritising clients' needs.
  • Draft and file different types of applications with the Court of Protection.
  • Assist with property acquisitions and modifications to suit clients' requirements, collaborating with surveyors, architects, and other professionals.
  • Oversee clients' financial plans and track investments.

The successful candidate:

  • NQ-2 years PQE.
  • Strong knowledge of Court of Protection law.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload and work to tight deadlines.
