Job summary

A legal practice in the North East of England is seeking a Solicitor or CILEX lawyer with up to 3 years of post-qualification experience to join their Court of Protection Health & Welfare team. The successful candidate will support vulnerable clients and their families in making best-interest decisions and assist with Court of Protection applications. This is a full-time role with flexible working opportunities based in Durham, which may require some travel.
