The Role

You will handle a varied and high‑quality caseload, including:

  • Deputyship applications (property & affairs and welfare)
  • Ongoing deputyship management
  • Applications to the Court of Protection
  • Advising clients, families, and professional deputies on complex mental capacity issues
  • Working closely with vulnerable clients and their support networks
