Who we’re looking for

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 2 years' experience in Court of Protection
• Confident handling a range of Court of Protectionand OPG matters including:
  
  • Deputyship applications (Property & Financial Affairs / Health & Welfare)
  • Applications for replacement trustees, gifting, and Statutory Wills
  • Contested Court of Protection proceedings
• Organised, self-motivated, and proactive in business development
• Committed to delivering exceptional client care and contributing to a collaborative team culture
