Qualifications

• 3-4 years of post-qualification experience in law focused on vulnerable individuals.
• Strong experience in Court of Protection matters.
• Knowledge of Mental Capacity Act 2005 and Care Act 2014.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of Court of Protection deputyship and attorneyship matters.
• Attend clients in community and care settings.
• Prepare COP applications, LPAs, and statutory wills.
• Liaise with carers, social care teams, and financial professionals.
• Support business development, events, and internal submissions.
• Supervise and coach junior colleagues.
