We are excited to announce an opportunity to join Sinclair as Country Head, UK & Ireland. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving the commercial and operational strategy across the UK & Ireland, delivering sustainable growth, profitability, and market expansion for our Injectables and Energy-Based Devices (EBD) portfolio.
As Country Head, you will provide strong cross‑functional leadership, lead high‑performing teams, own full P&L responsibility, elevate customer engagement, and ensure full compliance with local regulations and Sinclair policies.

What You Will Be Doing
Business Leadership & Strategy
- Define and execute the UK & Ireland strategy aligned with Sinclair’s global objectives for Injectables and EBD
- Lead annual planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
- Identify market opportunities, competitive trends, and growth drivers
- Ensure strong pipeline visibility and partner with regional stakeholders on resource allocation
Commercial Excellence
- Lead Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Operations to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets
- Oversee go‑to‑market strategies, customer engagement initiatives, and KOL partnerships
- Ensure forecast accuracy, demand planning, and strong commercial governance
- Drive excellence in product launches and promotional execution
- Represent the UK & Ireland business in regional leadership forums
- Act as the primary contact for key customers, distributors, industry bodies, and healthcare stakeholders
P&L & Operational Excellence
- Own full country P&L including revenue, cost management, and profitability
- Drive cost optimisation, financial discipline, and accurate reporting
- Partner closely with Finance to monitor performance and address variances
- Oversee country operations including customer service, supply chain, and logistics
- Ensure operational efficiency, service quality, and business continuity planning
People Leadership
- Build, inspire, and retain high‑performing teams across Sales, Marketing, and Operations
- Provide coaching, feedback, and clear development pathways
- Ensure succession planning for critical roles
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure full compliance with UK laws, industry standards, and internal policies
- Maintain effective risk management and controls
- Partner with Finance, Legal, HR, and Compliance to ensure strong governance
Your Skills & Experience
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years’ senior leadership experience in commercial, sales, or general management roles
- Strong understanding of the UK & Ireland market
- Proven experience leading teams, managing P&L, and driving business growth
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and cross‑functional leadership
Desirable
- Experience in medical devices, medical aesthetics, or beauty industry
- Experience leading change, transformation, or M&A initiatives
