Job description

M4 Recruitment are currently looking for a reliable and motivated Counter Balance Fork Lift Driver to join our clients close-knit team within a fast-paced, well-organised distribution environment. This role is ideal for someone with previous warehouse experience who thrives on being hands-on and enjoys working as part of a supportive team.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (08:30 - 17:00)

Key Responsibilities

• Use the warehouse management system to monitor stock levels and track inventory accurately
• Receive and ship goods in line with company procedures
• Pick, pack, and label products for dispatch
• Assist in product assembly and light manufacturing tasks as needed
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (training can be provided)
• Handle and move goods, including occasional heavy lifting
• Maintain a tidy and organised warehouse space

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred
• Familiarity with stock control systems is desirable
• Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks
• Valid Counter Balance License
• Strong team ethic with the ability to work independently when needed
• Must have your own transport, as the site is not accessible via public transport and lacks pedestrian access
