Qualifications

  • Experience of handling linked and organised fraud is desirable.
  • Understanding of insurance litigation practice and processes together with indemnity principles.
  • Knowledge of the litigation process / working knowledge of the CPR.

Responsibilities

  • Run hourly rate, fraud cases from point of litigation to resolution.
  • Detailed review and analysis of evidence throughout the life of the case.
  • Set and agree the case strategy on files with clients.

Skills

Experience in civil litigation claims handling / as a legal File Handler or suitably qualified
Good advocacy skills
High level of analytical skills
Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritise work and work under pressure

Education

ILEX, LPC or similar qualification
Qualified solicitor / CILEX with necessary practice rights
