Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading Distribution business based in Fradley Park, Lichfield. We are urgently looking for experienced Forklift Counterbalance Operators who are able to work nights.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift counterbalance in a palletised distribution centre, with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.
• Work exclusively on forklift duties during the entire shift.
• Stay confident and competent in lifting, stacking, and moving pallets as required.

Qualifications

• Full in-date FLT counterbalance licence is required.
• Ideally with at least 12 months forklift experience in a palletised distribution centre.

Hours and Employment Type

• Shifts start at either 18:00 or 19:00; each shift is 8 hours.
• Temporary to permanent position after a 12-week/60-shift trial period.
