Overview

To work in the Occupational Health Department at Furness General Hospital, providing counselling to staff members of UHMBT. We are a short term therapy service and therefore you need to be comfortable offering 6 session therapy. To provide short term counselling to staff members of UHMBT. To run some training sessions for staff members. To work within the multidisciplinary team of Occupational Health. Please Job Description and Person Specification. Providing counselling, working within the multidisciplinary team, including working as an active member in the therapy team. Providing occasional support training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term counselling to staff members (up to 6 sessions).
• Work within the Occupational Health multidisciplinary team and contribute as an active therapy team member.

Location

Operates from Furness General Hospital (FGH), Royal Lancaster Infirmary (RLI), and Westmorland General Hospital (WGH), as well as community premises including Millom Hospital and GP Practice, Queen Victoria Hospital in Morecambe, and Ulverston Community Health Centre.
