A leading mental health service provider in Manchester is seeking a passionate Counsellor to deliver short-term, solution-focused therapy. The role involves conducting six online counselling sessions per day and working with diverse individuals to help them achieve positive mental health outcomes. Candidates must have a minimum Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and at least 3 years of related experience. As a Counsellor, you will provide short‑term, solution‑focused therapy to our members within a stepped care model. You will work with diverse individuals across various age groups and cultural backgrounds, supporting them with mental health challenges through online counselling sessions.
This role involves delivering six counselling sessions per day, helping members develop self‑management strategies and achieve positive mental health outcomes. You will be supported by a multidisciplinary team, with access to monthly supervision and escalation pathways when needed.
