📍 Location: Belfast (Ardoyne or Bloomfield House) tbc on appointment

🕒 Hours: Part-time 21-30 hours

Are you passionate about supporting adults to improve their mental health and wellbeing through therapeutic intervention?

We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Counsellor to join our team and deliver high-quality counselling services to adults aged 18 and over.

In this role, you’ll provide one-to-one counselling in a safe, confidential, and supportive environment, helping clients navigate life’s challenges and achieve positive outcomes. You’ll work within an innovative blended service, delivering counselling face-to-face, by telephone, and online.

You’ll assess client needs, manage risk appropriately, maintain accurate records, and work in line with safeguarding procedures and organisational policies. You’ll engage in regular clinical supervision and ensure your practice aligns with the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions, contributing to high‑quality, accessible services.

We’re looking for someone with strong therapeutic and communication skills, a commitment to ethical practice, and a passion for supporting others.
