Responsibilities
  • Reviewing invoices and advising on payment
  • Amending systems in relation to payment information
  • Reviewing and analysing provisions within legal documentation
  • Analysing data from spreadsheets and other documents
  • Reviewing spreadsheets and documents to identify cost variances and reporting findings
  • Checking for recoverability of costs against legal documents
  • Requesting data from third parties
  • Raising queries with third parties and negotiating with third parties where applicable
  • Updating schedules and producing reports
  • Reporting to clients via email, telephone, Teams and face‑to‑face
  • Maintaining databases
  • Other ad‑hoc tasks
Qualifications
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret data
  • Excellent communication skills via email and over the phone
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages such as Excel and Word
  • Ability to prioritise workload and time
  • Professional manner at all times
Further information
  • Property background desirable, but not essential. Full training will be provided on service charge and insurance
