Role Overview

Title: Corporate Tax Senior Manager – Hybrid Working London
Location: London N3/EC4M / Remote
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 35‑hour week (Flexitime)
Reporting To: Corporate Tax Director and/or Tax Partner
Salary Range: £80,000 – £90,000

Responsibilities
  • Manage the flow of work and workload within the team.
  • Plan client work with technical competency in mind and match colleagues to clients.
  • Conduct final reviews of tax computations before Director/Partner sign‑off.
  • Own the team budget, ensuring recovery targets are met.
  • Communicate client expectations internally and externally, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Quote for new compliance work and manage pricing.
  • Identify and communicate client risks on technical projects.
  • Develop and recruit junior staff; provide coaching and performance feedback.
  • Identify wider client opportunities and refer to other teams.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR training and other statutory obligations.
