Corporate Tax Associate (Mid-Level) – International Law Firms, London

We are working with a number of leading international law firms in London that are seeking talented mid-level corporate tax lawyers to join their growing practices. These opportunities offer the chance to advise on complex, high-profile matters for a prestigious client base across sectors such as financial services, private equity, real estate, and energy. You will gain exposure to a broad mix of work, from cross-border transactions and restructurings to advisory mandates, with scope to specialise as your career develops.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will be qualified solicitors with around 2–6 years’ PQE in corporate tax, ideally gained within a leading UK or international law firm. You will bring strong technical knowledge of corporate tax law, with experience advising on M&A, private equity, and financing transactions, as well as excellent drafting, analytical, and client relationship management skills. Ambition, commercial awareness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment are key.
