Overview

Corporate Tax Advisory Manager - Manchester

Clark Wood have been instructed on a Managerial level opportunity in Central Manchester, which offers the chance to focus on interesting advisory work for a mixed portfolio of tax clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level advisory and planning services with a great deal of autonomy.
• Business development and networking: develop client services and grow tax portfolio.
• Increase awareness and exposure of the firm's tax services.
• Manage a department and a large, complex portfolio of tax clients ( Owner Managed Businesses, SMEs, Directors, Partners, Private Clients, HNWIs, etc.).
• Work across a broad range of tax issues including IHT/ CGT planning, non-doms & trusts, reconstructions and demergers, share schemes and EIS/SEIS, R&D tax credits, patent box claims, M&A, exit planning and succession planning.

Qualifications

• CTA/ ACA Qualified
• Proven track record of Business Development
• Experience within a Manager or Senior Manager level role
