The Role

As a valued member of this Chambers UK and Legal 500-ranked Corporate and Commercial team, you will join a dynamic and highly skilled group at the forefront of a significant surge in M&A and commercial activity, offering exceptional hands-on experience from day one.

Working closely with their Legal 500-recommended Head of Department and a wider team of seasoned experts, you will manage a stimulating and varied caseload. This includes acquisitions and disposals of companies and businesses, corporate restructurings, equity investments, shareholder agreements, share option schemes, and a broad spectrum of other corporate matters.
