A leading law firm is looking for a talented Senior Solicitor or Associate (4 years+ PQE) to join its dynamic Corporate team. This is a standout opportunity to work on high‑value M&A, private equity, joint ventures and complex corporate matters for a wide range of listed and unlisted companies, as well as private equity funds. Most of the M&A and private equity transactions involve a multi‑jurisdictional aspect, entailing strong project‑management skills and exercise of commercial judgment.
