Part Time Corporate Security Officer – Sunday Day shifts

Good experience within a corporate environment, smart, well groomed, SIA accreditation, good understanding of verbal & written English, Good communicator, Smart handwriting for reports, able to adapt to additional light site office duties as communicated by site FM from time to time, very customer focussed and polite individual.

(Sunday Day Shifts – 07:30 – 19:30)

Location: Honda Bracknell RG121HL

Salary: £20p/h

Shift Timings (Sundays) 7.30 am to 19.30 [12 hours]

Parking: Free onsite parking

Over‑Time Available according to business needs & shift pattern rest days

Responsibilities
  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone.
  • Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
  • Maintains a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Documents and communicates actions, irregularities, and continuing needs to maintain continuity among work teams.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Manages a high‑quality, customer‑focused Executive/Conference room service.
  • Completes regular housekeeping checks throughout the Executive/Conference rooms to deliver a seamless meeting room.
  • Advise users on meeting room availability and suitability by using the On‑Line Room Booking System.
  • Coordinated all meeting room bookings and requests.
  • Controls the entry and exit of visitors and employees, ensuring that all security procedures are followed.
  • Maintains an accurate visitor/contractor log.
  • Maintains awareness of the Client business.
  • Answers telephone calls within the specified response time.
  • Performs postal duties.
