Corporate Receptionist
Our client, based in Victoria is currently looking for a Corporate Receptionist to come on board and provide a professional seamless service internally and externally. You will work alongside one other receptionist playing a pivotal role in providing a professional welcome to the London Office.
- Global organisation, privately owned
- Hours – 10am – 6pm Monday – Friday – office based
- Lunch provided – Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday
- Working for the client direct
Key duties:
- Welcoming all visitors to the London Office in a professional and warm manner, and notifying relevant contacts.
- Liaising with catering team regarding refreshments and ensuring meeting rooms are all stocked correctly.
- Handling the main switchboard, transferring calls, and taking messages where appropriate.
- Dealing with couriers, deliveries, and taxis.
- Handling invoices and processing.
- Manage meeting rooms (10) with videoconference bookings, liaising with IT for set up.
- Maintain a tidy front of reception area at all times.
- Assist catering team during busy periods.
- Provide EA’s with overflow of admin – booking travel, processing expenses, and event preparation.
- Maintain and update Reception manual.
- Support with onboarding and training of temporary staff.
- Liaising with ground floor reception.
- Working with facilities and building management regarding any maintenance issues.

- Ability to be discreet at all times.
- Enthusiastic, proactive and eager to contribute.
- Hard working and reliable.
- Real team player and happy to pitch in and help wherever required.
- Previous relevant experience within a fast-paced professional environment.
- Confident in dealing with senior executives.
- Proficient in MS office, especially outlook.
- Happy to be in the office five days per week.
