Overview

We are currently assisting a strong and progressive well know Mid - Upper-Mid market Firm (very strong PEP) who are ranked in multiple practice areas in London in Chambers UK and who are now looking to supplement their Corporate team with the lateral hire of a commercially minded Partner or team of Partners.

The Corporate team have a number of Partners who are coming towards the end of their fee-earning days and this recruit is partly driven by succession planning needs.

Practice areas and team fit

The suitable candidate for this could have a wide skillset be it M&A, Private Investment, PE, Capital Markets or Venture work / Start Ups.

Our client is of course a large full-service Firm but one which has some key industry-sector pillars that run through their offering such as Real Estate, Tech/IT, Life Sciences, Energy and Manufacturing so individuals whose practices slant towards one of those areas would have a natural synergy.

They may consider a Senior non-Partner for immediate Partnership should the book of business be suffcient.

NB All applicants for this role should be UK Qualified and should have past experience, either present or recent, in working for a leading International or UK-Based Firm out of London or strong Regional offices.
