The Role

As a Corporate Paralegal, you will play a vital role in supporting the firm’s busy corporate team. Your responsibilities will include:



  • Assisting solicitors with a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and corporate governance.

  • Drafting and reviewing key legal documents, such as shareholder agreements, board minutes, and Companies House filings.

  • Conducting due diligence, legal research, and preparing reports.

  • Managing file administration, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with clients, counsel, and third parties.

  • Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the smooth running of the department.



About You


  • A law graduate with a genuine interest in pursuing a career in corporate law; or

  • An individual with experience in corporate law, looking to progress towards qualification as a solicitor.

  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with a proactive and professional approach.

  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team while managing your own workload.
