Key Responsibilities

As a Corporate Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering deals and advisory projects, working closely with the Head of Corporate Finance and our fantastic client base.

You'll get involved in:

  • Managing a variety of corporate finance projects - business sales, acquisitions, valuations, fundraising
  • Preparing business plans, financial models, and information memoranda
  • Supporting clients through due diligence and negotiations
  • Building strong relationships with clients, funders, lawyers, and intermediaries
  • Contributing to the growth of the team and helping to win new business
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

We would envisage you would be:

  • ACA / ACCA qualified (or similar)
  • Commercially minded with strong attention to detail
  • Confident preparing reports, models, and client presentations
  • A great communicator who enjoys working with clients and solving problems
  • Motivated, proactive, and a team player
