Corporate & Commercial Associate Solicitor

An established law firm in Hampshire is seeking to appoint a Corporate & Commercial Associate Solicitor to join its busy department. This is a pivotal role, requiring a solicitor with 3+ years of post-qualification experience who can manage their own caseload without supervision and have strong technical knowledge.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage a own caseload in corporate & commercial matters with minimal supervision.
• Engage in business development to build your own caseload.
• Provide detailed knowledge and technical expertise across a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, company and business sales, company restructures, joint ventures, intellectual property, refinancing, and cross-border transactions.
• Support succession planning due to forthcoming retirement in Summer 2025.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Solicitor with 3+ years of post-qualification experience.
