An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Corporate Associate to join a growing team based in Oxford, working with a diverse mix of UK and international clients across the technology, retail, manufacturing, and finance sectors.

This is a role for someone who enjoys variety-supporting everything from early-stage funding rounds to high-value M&A and strategic joint ventures. The team acts for entrepreneurs, scale-ups, and major corporates, with much of the work carrying an international dimension.

You'll be involved in every stage of a transaction, from first instruction through to completion and beyond. This is a role that suits someone who wants to take ownership, work directly with clients, and build lasting relationships from day one.

The team is known for its collegiate culture and strong client relationships. You'll be supported by highly experienced partners, yet given the trust and space to develop your own practice and presence in the local and national market.
