In this global role, you will play a critical part in supporting our employees' work authorization and relocation journeys, ensuring a seamless and compliant process as BAM continues to expand internationally.

  • Provide administrative support by preparing, organizing, and tracking immigration documentation and case files
  • Serve as a point of contact for immigration and relocation-related inquiries, offering clear guidance and options
  • Become a trusted source of support for employees and candidates to help navigate questions and concerns
  • Coordinate with external immigration counsel and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant case processing
  • Proactively monitor immigration status, track expiration dates, and ensure timely renewals to maintain compliance
  • Manage end-to-end immigration and relocation cases for employees and candidates, including visa applications, renewals, and permanent residency processes
  • Assist in compiling, analyzing, and presenting mobility data and metrics to inform decision-making and process improvements
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with immigration laws, proactively tracking expiration dates and staying updated on regulatory changes
