Days of Working: This role is to work afternoons, mornings and cover weekends for Holidays, an enhanced rate of pay is given for weekend working, earliest start for a morning is 7am, latest finish for an afternoon is 5.00pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• The preparation, cooking, presentation and service of meals to the highest possible standards.

• Submit requisitions for additional foods stores depending upon demand.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Cook to City and Guilds or NVQ level 3 standard and Intermediate Food Hygiene certificate.
• Knowledge and experience across a broad range of cooking methods, recipe formulation and service requirements.
• Knowledge and understanding of HACCP & COSHH acquired over time with training.
• Intimate knowledge of Fire Safety as applied in the kitchen setting.
• Allergen qualification/training.
