Are you a COO / Commercial Director who wants a better work / life balance? We work with SME businesses to help move their businesses forward. Most businesses can neither afford nor need a full time COO or Commercial Director, but benefit enormously from the 'been there, done that' experience that our team of portfolio / part time Directors bring.

If you've got at least 10 years experience as a COO or Commercial Director and would like to work with fast growth SMEs where you can make a real difference, then we'd love to hear from you.

This is a great opportunity to join our growing team of highly experienced, part time Directors and create a sustainable, dependable income, whilst being part of a supportive and friendly network.

To be successful, you'll need a great deal of EQ, as well as financial acumen. You'll be able to form relationships with CEOs, MDs and Founders quickly and be able to empathise with the problems that they face. You'll be a team player, keen to learn from and help others. The roles are self‑employed, ensuring that you keep full control of your work/life balance. Incomes in excess of £100,000 p.a. are achievable.

We currently provide our services to our clients through a hybrid model of both in person and virtual working.
