Job summary

A leading law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team in East London. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in residential conveyancing, managing cases from initial instruction to completion. This position offers a salary of over £45,000, a performance bonus, and hybrid working arrangements, allowing one day a week from home.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years PQE within Residential Conveyancing as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Experience in handling freehold and leasehold transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
• Familiarity with SDLT matters and preparing auction Legal Packs.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential conveyancing cases from instruction to completion.
• Handle leasehold and freehold transactions efficiently.
• Prepare legal documentation for new builds and legal searches.
