A local solicitor firm in Buckingham is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer. You will manage residential conveyancing transactions, advise clients on property matters, and collaborate with team members. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in law and relevant qualifications, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle a high-volume caseload. Our client is currently looking for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day duties including managing residential conveyancing transactions, advising clients on property matters, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with third parties such as estate agents and mortgage brokers.
  • Provide guidance on legal issues pertaining to property law.
  • Actively participate in business development activities.
  • Be part of a small but successful team and receive excellent systems training.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Law and Conveyancing.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume caseload.
  • Bachelor’s degree in law or related field, with relevant professional qualifications.
