Conveyancing Paralegal

We are a well-established, forward-thinking law firm located in the heart of Sheffield, with a strong reputation for providing exceptional legal services across South Yorkshire and beyond. As we continue to grow our busy Residential Conveyancing team, we are seeking a motivated and detail-driven Conveyancing Paralegal to join us.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to post-completion
  • Preparing contracts, conducting searches, and handling enquiries
  • Drafting documents and correspondence
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other third parties
  • Managing SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
  • Maintaining accurate records using our case management system
Qualifications
  • At least 12 months\' experience in a conveyancing role (essential)
  • Knowledge of the full conveyancing process and post-completion procedures
  • Confident communicator with excellent client care skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
  • A team player who is proactive, organised, and eager to learn
