Job Overview

We are seeking a Conveyancing lawyer with experience in high volume property work to oversee a busy caseload of freehold/leasehold sales, purchases and re‑mortgages, primarily acting for panel lenders. This role requires balancing a large volume of transactions and ensuring efficient case management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage a busy caseload of freehold and leasehold sales/purchases and re‑mortgages.
  • Act primarily for panel lenders and support client transactions.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of junior assistants and support staff.
  • Ensure strict compliance with legal, regulatory and procedural requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Qualified Conveyancing solicitor with proven experience in high‑volume property transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of freehold and leasehold sales, purchases and re‑mortgages.
  • Experience with lease extensions, shared ownership, auction sales, or commercial property sales & purchases is an advantage.
  • IT literate, with experience using case management systems.
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment.
