RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER FEE EARNER / PARALEGAL
SOUTHEND-ON-SEA, ESSEX
£30,000 - £36,000

QED Legal are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner or a Residential Property Assistant to join our well-respected client in Southend-On-Sea, Essex.

We are looking for someone with case handling skills to join their friendly and established large residential team. You will be expected to manage a small caseload for roughly 1 to 5 years.

The type of residential transactions you should have experience on are:

• sales
• purchase
• leaseholds
• freeholds
• remortgages
• transfers of equity
