Job Title: Conveyancing Assistant

We are currently seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to join our legal team within a boutique firm. This is a permanent position, and the successful candidate is expected to work full-time hours.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of legal documents related to property transactions
  • Conduct research on property titles and land registry
  • Communicate with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders involved in the conveyancing process
  • Handle administrative tasks to support the conveyancing team
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and procedures
