About the Roles:

These roles offer fantastic opportunities to work on a diverse range of conveyancing transactions, providing valuable experience and career growth within established and respected firms. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, ensuring efficient and accurate completion of all stages of the conveyancing process.

Key Responsibilities (vary depending on experience level):
  • Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions (sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, etc.).
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other relevant parties.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents.
  • Conducting searches and investigations.
  • Dealing with pre-contract enquiries and post-completion matters.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation.
  • Providing exceptional client service.
  • For senior roles, supervising and mentoring junior members of the team.
Required Skills and Experience (vary depending on level):
  • A strong understanding of residential conveyancing procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
