Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Conveyancer to join, manage and develop our expanding Residential Conveyancing team in Leicester.

This is an exciting opportunity, and the successful applicant will have proven experience of working within a busy residential property team and dealing with a varied caseload including:

• Sale and purchase (including leasehold and new-build)
• Re-mortgage
• Equity release
• Transfer of equity

You must be confident in developing and managing relationships with both clients and referrers, be IT literate and committed with a previous working knowledge of using case management systems. We are willing to invest in you to continue your career, should that be CLC or SQE if you don't have formal qualifications; let's talk!
