Conveyancer – County Durham (Office Based with Flexible Hours)

Location : County Durham

Working Pattern : Full-time or part-time considered | Office based with flexible hours

Experience : Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a full residential caseload

Salary : Competitive, based on experience

A long-established and reputable regional law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancer to join its friendly and supportive team in County Durham.

The Role

You will handle a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
