• Ability to log in remotely via VPN for diagnostics.
• Self-reliant and able to work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Respond to logged tickets for minor faults.
• Perform fault finding/troubleshooting via remote access.
• Available for on-call support 24/7 two weeks a month.
