Overview

A leading, highly reputable Main Contractor that undertake a range of projects within multiple sectors have an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join their Special Works Division on permanent basis.

The company have a long-standing reputation. They turnover circa £50m and deliver projects in London, as well as the Home Counties. The Special Works Division carry out a range of work including internal and external refurbishments, fit-out and alteration projects, between £100,000 and £3m in value, with a range of public and private clients predominantly within the Education and Healthcare sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects within Education and Healthcare sectors within the Special Works Division.
  • Lead project delivery from procurement through to handover, ensuring time, cost and quality targets are met.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams; ensure compliance and safe execution of works.
Qualifications / Experience
  • Background working for a reputable Main Contractor
  • Track record on Education and Healthcare projects between £100k to £3m
  • Refurbishment and Fit-out experience
  • Able to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Strong customer focused skills
  • High level of energy and ambition
