The ideal candidate will manage multiple refurbishment projects within the Education and Healthcare sectors, ensuring successful delivery from procurement to handover. Successful applicants will have a background in reputable contracting firms and experience managing projects between £100k and £3m. This is a permanent opportunity offering a competitive package.
A leading, highly reputable Main Contractor that undertake a range of projects within multiple sectors have an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join their Special Works Division on permanent basis.
The company have a long-standing reputation. They turnover circa £50m and deliver projects in London, as well as the Home Counties. The Special Works Division carry out a range of work including internal and external refurbishments, fit-out and alteration projects, between £100,000 and £3m in value, with a range of public and private clients predominantly within the Education and Healthcare sectors.
