Job description

An established and growing main contractor based in West London are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to take the lead on multiple design and build (Between £2m‑£10m in value) projects across London and the Home Counties.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional to join a supportive business with a strong pipeline of both residential and education projects throughout 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage several residential D&B projects through all phases pre‑construction to handover
• Ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and in line with health & safety and quality standards
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients
• Oversee contract administration and financial performance
• Provide clear leadership and direction across all active sites

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the residential design and build sector
• Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and UK building regulations
• Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously

Based within a commutable distance of Hillingdon, West London.

Package

£80,000 £85,000 basic salary
