The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a specialist fit‑out contractor delivering fast‑track pub and restaurant projects across the UK. You'll oversee multiple live refurbishments at any one time, ensuring programme, quality and safety standards are achieved on tight turnaround schedules.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy and a hands‑on approach within a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Role Overview
  • Managing several fast‑track fit‑out projects simultaneously.
  • Overseeing Site Managers and subcontractor teams nationwide.
  • Ensuring programmes are met, often within compressed timeframes.
  • Managing quality, H&S compliance and RAMS implementation.
  • Liaising directly with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
  • Supporting pre‑construction planning and procurement.
  • Producing progress reports and attending client meetings.
  • Travelling nationally as projects demand.
About You
  • Strong experience as a Contracts Manager within fit‑out or refurbishment.
  • Background in hospitality, retail or leisure projects preferred.
  • Confident managing multiple sites with tight programmes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
  • Practical, solutions‑focused and calm under pressure.
  • Willing to travel nationwide with overnight stays.
  • Full UK driving licence.
