I am working with a leading, privately owned contractor who specialise in fit-out projects within the leisure & hospitality markets. Typically, they work with blue-chip clients on a range of projects from GBP1m - GBP5m (although some schemes have exceeded this). They ve asked us to source an experienced Contracts Manager due to a sustained increase in workload.
