Overview

Contracts Manager – Essex (can be located in Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Peterborough, Chelmsford, Harlow, East Midlands and surrounding areas). Salary £45,000 - £48,000 + progression + training + vehicle + hybrid + days.

This company has been rapidly expanding within the Residential Parks industry and now operates over 100 high-end and bespoke parks across the UK. They are looking to onboard a new supervisor to support growth.

Role and responsibilities

• Coordinating and overseeing Maintenance and Engineering teams.
• Operational tasks across residential parks.
• Occasional travel to sites; travel to sites throughout the UK.
• Office-based role (Monday - Friday 09:00 – 17:30).

The Person / Qualifications

• Contract Management experience.
• Operations / Coordination / Management experience.
• Construction / Engineering / Maintenance background.
• Commutable to Essex.
