Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Contract Manager located in Derry, this position is partially on site throughout Ireland/UK and office based. The Contract Manager will oversee the preparation, negotiation, and management of contracts to ensure compliance and efficiency. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contract terms, monitoring contract performance, ensuring adherence to policies and regulations, and leading negotiations with clients, vendors, and contractors. The role also involves collaborating with teams to manage risk, resolve disputes, and ensure deliverables meet contractual agreements.

Qualifications
  • Contract management, legal documentation review, and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational, project management, and attention‑to‑detail capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder relations
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance as it pertains to contracts
  • Proficiency in document management systems and office software tools
  • Experience in procurement or supplier relationship management is an advantage
  • Electrical based background with experience in LV MV cable installation
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
  • Must have strong experience in Microsoft Excel and Word, with proven ability in contract tracking, reporting, and document management
