Contracts Manager (Special Projects)- Coventry - Up to £70,000 per annum

We are actively looking to recruit a Contracts Manager for a Main Contractor with a superb reputation that has achieved significant growth recently and is continuing to win further projects.

Their Special Projects department are looking to recruit a Contracts Manager. As Contracts Manager you will be required to run up to three live jobs at various stages from design to handover. The projects will vary and the values will range from £100,000 to £1.5m and spread across fast track fit out, roll out programmes or new build shell and core projects with a lifecycle of between 3 weeks and 20 weeks.

Our client is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager who is skilled in delivering projects up to £1.5m, ideally within special projects. You must have excellent interpersonal skills, be happy to travel and demonstrate a stable career background. It is essential that you have a working understanding of the Asta Power Project software.
