What the job looks like day-to-day

• Taking ownership of contracts on several commercial projects
• Making sure everything runs the way it should—legally, financially, and practically
• Working closely with clients, QSs, PMs, and subcontractors
• Dealing with variations, claims, and the usual curveballs that come with live sites
• Keeping communication clear and sorting issues before they grow legs
