A well-established construction contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee projects, ensuring compliance and timely delivery. Location: Cardiff / Bristol Area (hybrid 1 day in office with travel to sites)
Salary: £50000-55000 Basic, Car or Allowance, 25 Days Holiday, 4% Pension Cont
A well-established construction contractor is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team. This role suits someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects, leading people, and keeping work running smoothly from start to finish.
You’ll oversee a portfolio of contracts, making sure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the required standard while keeping financial performance on track.
Industry training such as SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Working at Height, or similar certificates is helpful but can be provided.
You’re organised, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and with site teams. You take pride in delivering good work, staying on top of detail, and looking out for the safety and wellbeing of others.
