A GBP 30,000 to A GBP 34,000 DOE + Increasing Holidays (21 Days up to Additional 5) + Birthday Off + Bank Holidays + One Paid Volunteer Day + Overnight Expenses + Industry Training

Monday to Friday, 40 Hours per Week: 09:00 to 17:00

Contracts and Account Manager required for an industry-leading supplier of machinery. You will join a growing, friendly team as the bridge between technical teams and client services.

This role suits candidates with experience in contract management, account management, or project coordination. Full product training will be provided, so candidates from any industry background are encouraged to apply.

The successful candidate will support customers who have purchased products and utilize aftercare services, including servicing, repairs, or upgrades of equipment. As the initial point of contact, you will address inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role is based at the company’s site in Tiverton, with travel involved to visit customers. Expect to travel up to 20% of the time, with occasional overnight stays (no more than twice a month).
