What's the role?

Join our dynamic Contracts Team as a Contracts Administrator! In this pivotal role, you’ll provide essential support in managing Direct and TPI contracts and ensuring exceptional service for our customers. You’ll take ownership of the contracts mailbox, responding promptly to queries and service requests, while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. With responsibility for reviewing customer contract and contact details, updating our CRM system, and identifying any gaps, your attention to detail will be key. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle high volumes of data while meeting KPIs, we’d love to hear from you!

You will be based in our Glasgow Office, working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.

Please note that interviews will be in person at the Glasgow Office, 48 St. Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5TS.

Key responsibilities:
  • Adding new contracts and processing contract amendments on CRM System.
  • Managing deappointments and reappointments.
  • Ensuring CRM system is updated with correct contact and contract information.
  • Responding to customer queries in the contracts inbox.
  • Other administrative tasks as required.
