A prominent company in the financial services sector is seeking a Team Manager for their Claims department based in Jersey. The ideal candidate will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure operational efficiency across the Channel Islands. Experience in Claims/Insurance management is desirable, along with strong people management and organizational skills. This position is a fixed-term contract for 12 months starting in mid-November.

Overview

Fixed term contract opportunity for a Team Manager to join our client’s Claims department to lead and manage a team in delivering exceptional customer service, operational efficiency and regulatory compliance across the Channel Islands. The role is pivotal in driving performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that the team meets both customer and business expectations in line with company values and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

Availability
